In the event that you choose not to provide the necessary documentation or decide not to proceed with the required paperwork, we are obliged to impose a fee. This fee will be equivalent to either 0.15% of the transaction amount or a minimum of 5 euros, depending on the charges imposed by our banking institution.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests will be considered if initiated within five days from the initial transfer date.
- Refunds will only be processed to the exact account and individual from whom the payment originated.
Refund Process
- To initiate the refund process, please get in touch with our customer support team at [email protected] and provide all relevant details for verification.
- After you approve your refund request, we will let you know of the refundable amount.
- Please be aware that a nominal processing fee, amounting to 0.3% of the refund, will be applied. This fee will not be less than 50 euros and is capped at a maximum of 300 euros per transaction.
- The refund will be processed through the same payment channel used for the initial transfer. We kindly ask for your patience during this process, as it may take up to 15 days for the refund to be completed and the amount to be credited to your account.
